You cannot visit Marseille without visiting the Panier. It is the oldest district of Marseille, and with it begins the history of the city.

The Center de la Vieille Charité brings together several multi-cultural structures in Marseille: museums, associations, school and offers temporary exhibitions and activities throughout the year.

Notre Dame de la Garde is located on the highest hill near the Old Port, 150 meters above sea level. The bell tower of Notre Dame de la Garde rises to 41 meters in height. The golden statue of Mary which dominates the basilica measures 11.20 meters and weighs almost 9,796 kg!
